I have been fortunate to be introduced to the Capital Markets day in and day out watching my father, Mr. Prakash Gaba, a renowned authority in capital markets in the field of Technical Analysis in the country.  I am fascinated and am intrigued with his knowledge on the subject  and his ability to read the charts and to call the markets Tops and Bottoms to a precession…it was this art that inspired me to study the subject under his guidance and I could not have been more fortunate to have a father like him…

I am also fortunate to work under the guidance of Mr. Anand Tandon again a renowned authority in Fundamental Analysis in the country…with him I learnt to recognize the value of a company and to see the company from the inside and with my father to trade that value from the outside…a lethal combination...

At first it started with reading charts under my father and then with finding trading opportunities within a set parameters…It was a further filtration of these trading opportunities under his keen eye that I got to have a glimpse of what was going on in his mind…he then inspired me to read the Sensex chart on day to day to basis and commit myself in black and white in an open forum…At first I was scared and reluctant but then the comfort grew…and here I am with my take on the Sensex each day for you…

I believe: Trade what you see and not what you think…but the trade takes place every minute because one buys and the other sells…so perhaps different traders see the same trade differently... 

So trade what you SEE in your COMFORT zone...is a simple secret...

Well some other qualities that I inherited : )) the sporting qualities are… Golf, Riding, River Rafting, Snookers, Snow Skiing, Squash, Swimming & Trekking...
